Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Surveying Services Finance team at Connells Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the tracking of income and ensuring payments are received from clients and accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the AR team, including sales ledger management, billing, collection and allocation of receipts, and maintenance of the ledger.
  • Monitor mailboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner, ensuring all internal and external stakeholder inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare client reconciliations and ensure month-end processes are completed within deadlines.
  • Provide accurate reporting to management, including aged debt reports.
  • Perform general housekeeping of the aged debtor's list, ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage key client relationships, including direct contact with large lender clients.
  • Maintain operational process notes, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
  • Perform ad-hoc queries as required.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience within an accounts team.
  • The role may suit an AAT studier.
  • You will be organized, work to tight deadlines, and have the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
  • You will have attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is required.
