Job Summary:
Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a skilled Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team. As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure a smooth transition for tenants.
- Collect tenancy agreements and approval forms to facilitate the onboarding process.
- Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on upcoming works and provide support as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Establish and maintain relationships with neighborhood housing associations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Visit empty houses to advise potential tenants on completion dates and provide information on the refurbishment process.
- Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to keep residents informed about upcoming works and address any concerns.
- Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Requirements:
- A strong and stable career in face-to-face customer service, preferably in the Housing or Construction sectors.
- A full driving license is essential for this role.
- A current CSCS Card is highly desirable.
