We are seeking a Catering Operations Coordinator who is dedicated to ensuring that all catering standards are upheld in our public house kitchens. This is a full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from home.

In the role of Catering Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with various kitchen staff to guarantee adherence to all kitchen responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all Allergen Information is current within the Allergen documentation.
  • Deliver relevant Company training requirements to kitchen teams.
  • Ensure that any food specials are accurately costed, with margins meeting company standards and appropriately charged.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Catering on the creation of new menu items.
  • Analyze and develop new dishes for our specials collection.
  • Review and report on food performance data for each location.
  • Demonstrate leadership in the company kitchens during peak times.
  • Ensure that critical deadlines for specific tasks are met promptly.
  • Conduct comprehensive kitchen audits, including Hygiene standards and legal compliance, addressing any identified issues.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Possess a full clean driving license.
  • Have experience in a fast-paced commercial catering environment.
  • Hold a Hospitality Management Level 3 qualification.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities.
  • Hold a Level 2 food safety certification.
  • Have a basic understanding of Excel and Word.
