About the Role

The Catering Team Member will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the staff restaurant at Frasers Group's Head office. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where the catering team will need to work efficiently to cater for over 1000 meals per day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of House Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
    • Operate the tills for cash and card payments
  • Stock Management
    • Replenish stock and maintain high levels of inventory
    • Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas
    • Ensure all equipment and utensils are clean and ready for use
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the catering team to achieve goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills
    • Experience in customer-facing roles
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Organizational Skills
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Food Safety and Hygiene
