Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a key member of our residential home team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with learning difficulties or challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualised support to children to promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Encouraging children to participate in activities and engage in educational programs.
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with learning difficulties or challenging behaviour.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide individualised support.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
