Role Overview:


In the capacity of Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in broadening our client's market footprint within the hospitality design sector.

Your role will encompass identifying and pursuing new business avenues, nurturing essential relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at expanding their clientele and revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to stimulate growth in the hospitality, kitchen, and bar design sectors.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to enhance sales and meet revenue objectives within the hospitality design arena.
  • Perform market analysis to remain ahead of industry trends and adapt to evolving client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that business development strategies are in line with company objectives.
  • Develop and present persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to the hospitality sector.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to achieve and surpass sales targets.

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
