LNRS Data Services Ltd Company is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our customer support team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding assistance to both prospective and current clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing billing questions, service requests, suggestions, and addressing any grievances.
Your exceptional communication abilities will be vital in resolving client concerns through email and phone interactions in a courteous and professional manner. Internally, you will relay client feedback to facilitate performance enhancements and improve overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering superior customer service to both new and existing clients regarding billing questions, service requests, suggestions, and grievances
  • Effectively addressing client inquiries and complaints through emails or calls
  • Reducing client complaints, enhancing client satisfaction, and providing professional support
  • Keeping records of non-key Academic clients and monitoring progress using our CRM system
  • Analyzing business challenges and proposing best practices to achieve annual objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and solid numerical skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage with individuals across various levels
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and skilled in innovative problem-solving
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, adaptable, with strong time management capabilities
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
