Position Overview

We are in search of several Client Relations Specialists to become integral members of our dynamic project teams. The roles will involve:

  • Drafting communications to address various matters such as access issues, project delays, modifications, and conflict resolution.
  • Handling resident inquiries and complaints through various channels, including email and phone.
  • Collecting key performance indicators upon project completion and documenting the findings.
  • Coordinating appointments for team members and subcontractors as needed.
  • Establishing strong relationships with residents.
Essential Qualifications
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to meet the needs of residents.
  • Strong organizational skills and punctuality.
  • Basic proficiency in IT.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: £24,000 to £30,000.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break).

Additional benefits include:

  • 21 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a Christmas closure.

Additional Information
  • A DBS check will be conducted at the company's expense.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
