Technical Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our aftersales team at Mixxos Group. As a Technical Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our technical support team, ensuring seamless communication with customers and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing calls, ensuring timely responses and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Accurately log conversation notes and update the helpdesk case system to maintain a clear record of customer interactions.
  • Order and distribute new model and product manuals to our network of customers, ensuring they have access to the latest information.
  • Maintain and update our communication systems to ensure customers receive timely updates and notifications.
  • Create purchase orders and invoice requests as required by the department, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Essential Skills:
  • Previous administrative or technical experience, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
