Salary Structure: The compensation package includes a basic salary of £42,232, which is subject to annual increments until reaching a maximum of £50,385. Additionally, a location allowance of £1,841 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000 are provided.

Role Overview: This position is integral to developing innovative strategies to address the evolving challenges in counter-terrorism. The focus is on our Business Design practice, which merges strategic planning, organizational design, and management consulting to shape the future of Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) and facilitate transformational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced technologies and diverse datasets to conduct thorough analyses and formulate evidence-based solutions to complex challenges faced by CTP.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the public sector, playing a crucial role in adapting and reshaping the national counter-terrorism strategy.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify organizational issues, design effective solutions, and assess their impact on CTP's operational framework.
  • Translate intricate organizational challenges and solutions into clear, compelling narratives that foster broad consensus.
  • Contribute to the maturation of the business design practice by expanding personal and team skill sets, providing assurance, and innovating new methodologies.

Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including officers and staff across the CTP Network, to understand their operational needs and challenges. Ensure that business design activities are integrated into project plans and initiatives.

Security Clearance: This role requires access to sensitive intelligence materials. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain Security Check (enhanced) or Developed Vetting clearance, in accordance with national security protocols.
