Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to lead a team of professionals undertaking compliance and property maintenance across our operational estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of a compliance and safe environment across school, offices, libraries, and community facilities.
  • Analysis of asset condition surveys, service maintenance, and routine inspections to develop a planned and prioritized workplan.
  • Leadership of transformational projects and operational improvements.
  • Ensuring key performance indicators are met and driving the improvement of property performance.
