About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at our Head Office in the role of Resource Planning. As a Resource Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning team rotas across our group on a weekly basis
  • Approving holidays for teams and planning cover either by relief teams or locum pharmacists
  • Booking locum pharmacists for our pharmacies
  • Producing team member contracts and processing them through our system
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
