We are seeking a skilled Candidate Management Advisor to join our Resourcing function at M&G. This role will provide support to the Recruitment team on permanent recruitment, focusing on Workday Requisition Management and Candidate Management support for the entire business.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Workday Recruitment processes and a deep understanding of candidate experience management. They will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating interview scheduling, managing requisitions, and collaborating with hiring managers to address requisition-related enquiries.

The successful candidate will also be able to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts for visa checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. Additionally, they will support Business As Usual (BAU) and project-specific re-deployment activities to enhance internal talent utilisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate interview scheduling across the business
  • Manage requisitions via Workday, overseeing the process from initiation to approval
  • Validate requisitions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information input in required fields
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to address requisition-related enquiries
  • Assist Recruiters in conducting recruitment assessments as part of the candidate evaluation process
  • Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts for visa checks
  • Support Business As Usual (BAU) and project-specific re-deployment activities

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in candidate management, recruitment support, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Workday recruiting processes, with a strong focus on requisition management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
