Job Description:

As a Claims Handler at WTW, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of low-value claims. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and claims handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Management: Manage an allocation of low-value claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including claims handling procedures and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to monitor key client outcomes and take appropriate action to deliver pre-defined service standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all aspects of financial processes, including reserving processes within given authority.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to address their queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Audit and Compliance: Understand and comply with the audit process, ensuring that all claims handling activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the Continuous Improvement Forum, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance the claims handling process.
