Finance Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our client's financial operations in Loughborough. This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure timely updates.
  • Produce and send customer statements of accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage customer ledger accounts, advance payment re-classifications, and debt collection activities.
  • Perform credit control, manage disputes, and prepare group reporting of trade receivables.
  • Assist with audits for Account Receivable and Accounts Payable, and complete month-end tasks.
Requirements:
  • Methodical and tidy approach to work, with the ability to complete tasks fully and on time.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in managing and prioritizing workload.
  • Well-organized, systematic, and concise, with a good work ethic and attention to detail.
