You will directly guide, mentor, and motivate all team members to guarantee they deliver complete customer satisfaction and exceptional products consistently while managing expenses and enhancing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, supporting the General Restaurant Manager in the development of food offerings and services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement strategies to achieve restaurant sales targets and profitability.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Execute promotional activities and discount programs to boost customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports at the end of each shift/week, covering staff management, food control, waste management, and sales analysis.
  • Sales and Staff Development: Create and implement plans for departmental sales growth, profit enhancement, and staff development.

Stock Management:
  • Order necessary food and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Conduct weekly/daily orders to maintain stock levels and manage special requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to coordinate stock deliveries and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect supplies and work areas to ensure compliance with established standards.

Training and Development:
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff members, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
