About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mess Administrator to join our team at Aramark's Northwood HQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mess facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventories, statistical reports, and daily paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members and visitors
  • Supervise the production and distribution of mess bills in line with contractual obligations
  • Oversee the costing of functions and associated charges
  • Brief new joiners on applicable charges
  • Present detailed account breakdowns at mess committee meetings
  • Process authorized staff voucher payments
  • Liaise with key personnel on administrative matters
Requirements
  • Good numeracy and communication skills
  • Strong financial awareness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous admin and/or accounting experience required
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and 5 years of residency to pass security checks
