About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Lamledge School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Teachers to deliver high-quality education to pupils with social, emotional, and behaviour difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils
  • Assist in preparing classrooms and materials to create a conducive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with pupils to promote interaction and learning
  • Work with individual and small groups of pupils to support their academic and personal development
Requirements
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Calm, engaging, and resilient with a genuine motivation to help every pupil reach their potential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £20,087.84 per annum
  • A 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday
  • A permanent, term-time only contract
