About the Role

Prospectus is excited to be working with The Brooke, a leading international animal welfare organization, to help them recruit for a Senior Acquisition and Welcome Officer.

The Brooke has been dedicated to improving the lives of working horses, donkeys, and mules, and the people who depend on them, since its founding in 1934.

The organization supports training, treatment, and programs across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, with a focus on improving the livelihoods of people in some of the world's poorest communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key acquisition channels, including DRTV and inserts, to support ambitious supporter growth as part of The Brooke's 5-year strategy.
  • Optimize acquisition activity as investment in this area scales up.
  • Lead DRTV efforts and deliver other important activities, such as inserts and welcome journeys.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication, campaign management, and analytical skills.

Experience working on DRTV is required, and the ideal candidate will be confident in working with data to monitor and share results using Excel and/or dashboards.

The successful candidate will have a passion for international development and a strong understanding of digital fundraising, acquisition, DRTV, and telemarketing.
