About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Fundraising Officer to join our growing Fundraising team at YMCA England & Wales. As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will be responsible for delivering campaign targets through collaborative project management of restricted and unrestricted activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve high-performing results.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on charity fundraising best practices and solutions-focused approaches.
  • Manage and deliver projects that achieve high-performing results, driving the growth of our Acquisition Programme.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
