Drive Technology Equity in the Field Services Industry

We are a global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, with a hybrid workforce spread across Houston, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Singapore, and Bangalore. Our mission is to drive Technology Equity in the global workforce, and we're looking for a highly strategic and driven Director of Global Product Marketing to disrupt the Field Services industry vertical with our AI-native, Workflow-based platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, translating these insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create compelling customer-facing materials, case studies, presentations, and content that drive demand and customer engagement.
  • Equip the global sales team with tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell the product portfolio, including developing product collateral, sales presentations, and training programs.
  • Lead outbound sales development campaign efforts to generate leads for the global sales team.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and solutions that drive customer adoption and market penetration.
  • Partner with the Product team to align marketing efforts with product development roadmaps, and work with regional teams to adapt strategies for different regions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of product marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the enterprise technology or PaaS/SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Field Services Management domain or related verticals.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of leveraging market insights to influence product and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
