Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Broughton, Chester (Hybrid working)

Purpose of the role:

Primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with contract and aviation regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of quality within Airborne ISR.

Proactively manage the identification of quality issues/concerns, both internal and external customer originated, and support the Accountable Manager's and Cyber, Space & Training Quality Manager with defined Quality Key Performance Indicators.

Reviewing changes to requirements and facilitating change management with relevant stakeholders, while maintaining compliance mapping toolsets and QMS management software.

Main Duties:

The primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with contract and aviation regulatory requirements, including:

• Assuring Airborne ISR remains compliant with multiple Military and Civil aviation regulatory approvals, and Raytheon's code of conduct and business practices.

• Committing personal time and energy to pursuing improvements and innovations across the business, and promoting risk-based thinking in regards to regulatory and contractual compliance.

• Maintaining compliance mapping toolsets and QMS management software, and generating business metrics to recommend improvements to the BMS.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

SC (current) and QMS Lead Auditor, with strong recent background in Aviation Quality Systems, and regulatory training in one or more of the following regulations: Part 145, Part 21G, Part 21J, MAOS, DAOS, CFAOS, AS9110.

Desirable:

Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Flows, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
