Job Summary
This role plays a crucial part in providing administrative, clerical, and frontline support to operational, compliance, and Health & Safety service elements of the GPA account.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of accreditation, ensuring it remains at the core of our operations.
- Provide accurate asset data, facilitate information sharing, and conduct trending analysis to support 55001 Compliance & asset management, CAFM management, and Network Engineering Compliance.
- Implement, maintain, and develop compliance document control platforms to ensure all contract documentation is processed, uploaded, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of PPM schedules and service schedules to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
- Administer planned, corrective, and final closure documentation, as well as manage minor works proposals and budget costings for follow-up works as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- PPM planning to BESA SFG20 standard.
- Internal and external collection of statutory certification, reports, and service sheets.
- Document control of statutory certification & service reports – document naming, filing, and technical quality review.
- Raising remedial work orders (CAFM) from incoming inspection & service reports.
- Producing and presenting weekly reports.
- Updating and managing internal compliance report.
- Monthly issuing of PPM work orders to contractors for planning.
- Relay, Compile and Record reactive Helpdesk tasks.
- Keep robust up to date Training records for site team, paying particular attention to technical roles and the reoccurring training required to be safe and compliant.
