We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team at Climate Action. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to amplify and elevate our brand and flagship events, while driving attendance and engagement.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in partnership acquisition and management, with a strong understanding of the media and events industries. You will be responsible for managing media and institutional partners, identifying and securing new relevant partners, and developing media and information packs about Climate Action and our flagship events.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing partnership strategies to drive attendance and engagement
- Managing media and institutional partners, including securing agreements and onboarding
- Identifying and securing new relevant media and institutional partners
- Developing media and information packs about Climate Action and our flagship events
Requirements
The successful applicant will have:
- At least 3 years experience in partnership acquisition and management within the media, events, or communications industry
- Educated to degree level or studying towards it
- Highly motivated with excellent written and verbal skills
- Communication and organisation skills
- Passion for sustainability (desirable but not essential)
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
- Proficient CRM skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Confident communications and influencing skills, especially on the telephone
- Self-starter that can work independently and as part of a team
