Pure Human Resources is seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join our team in Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert HR support to our clients, helping them to realise their potential and build competitive advantage through individual, team and organisational capability.

The Role:

  • HR Advisory: Provide strategic HR advice to our clients, helping them to navigate complex employment law and HR issues.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including employee communications, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to help our clients develop their HR skills and knowledge.
  • Recruitment: Provide recruitment support, including job analysis, job description development, and candidate selection.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored HR solutions to support their goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven HR experience: You will have a strong background in HR, with experience in employee relations, training and development, and recruitment.
  • Strategic thinking: You will be able to think strategically, providing expert HR advice to our clients and helping them to achieve their business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with our clients.
  • IT skills: You will be proficient in HR systems and software, including HR databases and other IT systems.
