Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at Centura Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our fleet of vehicles, comprising approximately 150 vans and cars.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency in fleet operations
- Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations governing fleet management
- Communicate with insurance brokers and arrange necessary insurance coverage for drivers and vehicles
- Assist in drafting and implementing effective policies and processes for fleet operations
- Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime
- Monitor driver behavior and maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and services
- Monitor and control fleet costs to ensure they remain within budget
- Conduct carbon reporting for vehicles
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent time management and communication skills
