Our client, Ten2Two, is a company that delivers training and coaching programs to support the wellbeing of their clients' people and bring a positive culture to business. They work with highly technical SMEs in the IT, biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic fields, merging skills from the worlds of HR and therapy to offer a pragmatic approach to supporting good mental health and wellbeing. Based in Cambridge, they offer support online or in-person to businesses across the UK.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join their team. This role is focused on delivering training programs for clients' managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering Institute of Leadership accredited workshops to managers at various levels, both in-person and online
* Working alongside the company owner to develop additional training programs that address the needs of our clients
* Supporting the wellbeing of clients' people and bringing a positive culture to business

Requirements:

* Experience in delivering training programs for clients' managers
* Strong understanding of the Institute of Leadership accreditation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
