Drive Growth through Effective Training and Development

Clearwater People Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that empower teams to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging and effective training materials for commercial and functional teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and individual learning preferences.
  • Provide guidance on designing training for key business processes and systems, leveraging your expertise in commercial dynamics and field sales experience.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit and Functional Heads to conduct Training Needs Analysis and shape the annual Training Plan, fostering a unified selling approach across Business Units.
  • Deliver diverse learning interventions, from workshops and webinars to self-directed learning, promoting continuous growth and development.
  • Implement a coaching model that empowers teams for on-the-job development, leveraging your proficiency in coaching techniques and field development experience.
Requirements
  • Relevant training or certification in a related field, with a strong grasp of commercial dynamics and field sales experience.
  • Extensive experience in training design and delivery, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational abilities, with both strategic and executional proficiency.
  • Collaborative team player with a knack for building strong relationships and a willingness to travel.
