About the Role

Eton College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead its Career Education Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive career education program that meets the needs of Etonians and supports their transition to further education and employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Career Education Program: Design and deliver a career education program that aligns with the College's strategic objectives and meets the needs of Etonians.
  • Provide Career Guidance and Support: Offer one-to-one career guidance and support to Etonians, helping them to make informed decisions about their future careers and education.
  • Manage Department Resources: Oversee the department's budget and resources, ensuring that they are used effectively to support the delivery of the career education program.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with colleagues across the College to ensure that the career education program is integrated into the broader curriculum and that Etonians receive a comprehensive education that prepares them for success in their future careers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and developments in career education, ensuring that the College's program remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, such as education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in career education, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective career education programs.
