Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Career Education Program: Design and deliver a career education program that aligns with the College's strategic objectives and meets the needs of Eton's students.
  • Provide Career Guidance and Support: Offer one-to-one career guidance and support to students, helping them to explore their career options and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen careers.
  • Manage Career Education Team: Lead and manage a team of career education professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of career education services.
  • Develop Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and other organizations to provide students with opportunities for work experience, internships, and job placements.
