Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Lead to join our team at Kerry Coleraine site. As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our dairy consumer foods site.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer standards.
- Lead audits and investigations to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality inspections are in place and effective.
- Develop and maintain process quality documentation, ensuring alignment with Kerry Group, regulatory, customer, and 3rd party standards.
- Facilitate customer audits and visits to site, ensuring a positive experience and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage audit corrective action responses, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
- Support the development of site quality management systems, ensuring alignment with Kerry Group and regulatory requirements.
- Degree in a food science-related subject or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English language.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to record, interpret, and analyze key process data.
- Experience of managing a team, with ability to influence and motivate others.
- Understanding of food safety and quality management systems, including the BRC Global Food Standard.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
