About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Kerry, a leading manufacturer of food and nutrition technology. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure effective quality control and assurance practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, policies, and training materials.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide training and coaching to production staff on quality-related topics and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure Kerry's products and processes remain compliant and competitive.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or higher in a Food Science related subject.
  • Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements, such as BRC Global Food Standard.
