Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team in Coleraine. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations in a food processing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Supervision: Oversee the production process to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Stock Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborative Working: Work closely with the wider production teams to achieve common goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
  • Packing and Labelling: Pack and label products according to company standards.
  • Picking and Preparing Orders: Prepare and dispatch orders to meet customer requirements.
  • Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a food processing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable Criteria: Knowledge of food hygiene, counterbalance forklift license/experience, and HACCP training.
