About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team at Elsevier Limited Company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational process of journal publication, working on a portfolio of journals to optimize editorial and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to editors, authors, and publishers with queries on articles in the editorial and production process.
- Monitor journal performance through the entire end-to-end process of publication.
- Ensure timely delivery against scheduled publication dates and other business targets.
- Ensure maximum speed and efficiency in the end-to-end process.
- Address content-related customer support requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- Display knowledge of academic publishing, library sciences, and university culture.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly.
- Able to work in the office in Exeter one day per week.
