Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Upsell and promote additional services to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
- Adhere to all hotel credit policies, maintaining the highest standards of security and financial integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all security and Health & Safety regulations.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Stay up-to-date with current day's availability, ensuring seamless guest communication.
- Enroll guests in the Melia Rewards program, explaining the benefits and value of membership.
- Previous reception experience, preferably in a similar hotel environment.
- Natural people skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in the UK, with a valid right to work document.
