About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant at The Belfry Hotel and Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Deliver a great experience from beginning to end
  • Confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells, and enthusiastically promote our products
  • Take orders from guests and proactively ensure that all of their needs are met
  • Clean and maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Work across all areas within Sam's and the Driving range
  • Support other outlets as needed to ensure the smooth running of the resort
About You

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience working in a busy restaurant, that's great, but we also welcome applications from those who are eager to learn and develop their skills. Our ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, enjoy engaging with guests, and be proactive in their approach to work.
