About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at The Belfry Hotel and Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Deliver a great experience from beginning to end, ensuring that all of our guests' needs are met
  • Confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells, and enthusiastically promote our products
  • Take orders from our guests and proactively ensure that all of their needs are met
  • Clean and maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the resort
  • Work across all areas within the resort, including the driving range and other outlets
  • Be flexible and willing to work across any area of the resort that requires assistance

About You

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience working in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment, that's great, but we are also happy to train the right candidate. We require:

  • You to be passionate about delivering a fantastic service to our guests
  • You to enjoy engaging in conversation and talking about our products and the resort
  • You to be a natural when it comes to upselling and promoting our products
  • You to be outgoing and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • You to be willing to work individually and as part of a team
