Corporate Sales Executive

Reporting Structure: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the annual advertising sales and sponsorship financial plan.
  • Drive revenue generation through digital, print, and sponsorship opportunities for both new and established brands.
  • Meet and exceed established sales objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within core target markets and emerging sectors.
  • Foster relationships and enhance the existing client portfolio.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals and client communications.
  • Exhibit creativity in generating innovative business concepts.
  • Stay informed about trends in media and commercial advertising, as well as the broader business landscape.
  • Mentor, train, and inspire fellow sales team members.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years' experience in media sales or a comparable direct sales role.

Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment.

Proven ability to prospect and secure new business.

Strong reporting and presentation capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be driven by targets, self-motivated, proactive, innovative, skilled in relationship building, and passionate about selling media for a leading Irish Media Group.
