Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled HSSQ Systems Manager to join our team at Sisk UK. As a key member of our Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality (HSSQ) team, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliant systems within a changing legislative landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an efficient HSSQ Management System that is clearly understood by all stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes that impact operational delivery
  • Create Policies, Procedures, Processes and other key associated content
  • Engage HSSQ Leads to contextualise improvement opportunities
  • Support the HSSQ Coordinator to embed changes

Key Skills:
  • Robust knowledge of all aspects of HSSQ Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of Governance Processes
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Organisational Management

Qualifications:
  • Highly experienced in Construction and Civil Engineering
  • Member of National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) at Diploma level or equivalent
  • Member of Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) or working towards
  • Membership of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or working towards
  • Qualified Lead Auditor
