Position Summary:

We are in search of a proficient and knowledgeable Software Training Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and executing extensive training initiatives for both our internal personnel and external clients. Your contribution will be vital in equipping our workforce and clientele with the essential skills and expertise to maximize the use of our software offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical training initiatives for internal teams to achieve optimal first contact resolution during client interactions.
  • Produce training resources, including guides, presentations, and digital content, to support educational programs.
  • Tailor training materials to address the unique needs and preferences of diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate training sessions both in-person and online, ensuring active participation and engagement from attendees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training requirements and formulate strategies to meet those needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and technological advancements to integrate relevant insights into training content.
  • Offer technical assistance and support to participants during and after training sessions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, attendance, and feedback from participants.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Software Trainer or in a comparable role, ideally within the software sector.
  • Thorough understanding of SaaS technology and software development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating training materials and resources, including guides, presentations, and online modules.
  • Proficient in utilizing training tools and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training engagements as necessary.
