Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Production Managers in the management of Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health topics through advice and training of all members within the Performance Cell/Area.
- Manage the complaints process affecting their Performance Cell/Area, including investigation, establishment of Action Plans, and implementation.
- Support all QESH audits within the Performance Cell/Area, preparing Action Plans from audit observations and ensuring implementation.
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Technology department on New Investments or initiatives within the Performance Cell/Area.
- Manage and track QESH KBI's within the Performance Cell/Area, implementing improvement actions when they are off track.
- Participate in Operational Excellence projects as required.
- Support quality supplier-related issues, including leading supplier visits, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring close-out is satisfactory.
- Lead, develop, and coach the Lab Technicians team to ensure maximization of individual and team performance.
- Manage team short-term labor planning, including absenteeism, holidays, leaves, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in a FMCG production or laboratory, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Basic microbiological knowledge.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders across the business.
- Qualification in Science (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology) degree or equivalent.
