We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for visually inspecting products within a highly regulated industry. You will utilize measuring tools to ensure products meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize CMM and other inspection equipment to ensure product quality.
  2. Develop strong communication skills with shop floor staff to ensure effective collaboration.
  3. Implement root cause analysis strategies and problem-solving techniques to improve product quality.
  4. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  5. Ability to understand and read drawings.
  6. Ability to visually inspect products.
  7. Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry is essential.
  8. Collaborate with production line operators to improve standards of parts production.
Requirements:
  1. CMM experience is required.
  2. Experience using Verniers and Shadowgraph measuring equipment is highly advantageous.
  3. Experience in quality assurance, ISO, goods inspection, and production line experience is essential.
