Position: Electrical Project Lead

Location: UK-Wide (Travel and Accommodation Required)

Compensation: £21 per hour

Involve Recruitment is a prominent electrical contracting firm focused on commercial and industrial installation and renovation projects throughout the UK.

Our portfolio includes cutting-edge commercial facilities and intricate industrial setups, offering diverse and stimulating work environments.

We are in search of a proficient and driven Electrical Project Lead to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will manage electrical installations and renovations on commercial and industrial projects across the UK, necessitating significant travel and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct electrical installation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • Perform regular site evaluations to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Offer technical direction and support to the electrical workforce.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed to the highest quality benchmarks.
Qualifications:
  • Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) certification.
  • Relevant electrical credentials (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing commercial and industrial electrical projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, installation methodologies, and safety regulations.
  • Readiness to travel and stay away as dictated by project locations.
