Join our team of dedicated professionals at NonStop Care, a leading provider of social care services in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Adults Community team in East Berkshire.
About the Role:
- As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social care services to adults in the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- You will work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans.
- With a strong focus on safeguarding, you will ensure that all individuals receive the necessary support and protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguarding adults at risk, in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
- Conducting comprehensive care assessments, using the Care Act 2014 framework.
- Providing advice and information to individuals, families, and carers on social care options and services.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
