About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Senior Social Worker to join our Support and Safeguarding team at Achieving for Children in Windsor and Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide experienced support and safeguarding services to children and families
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent outcomes for children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including children, families, and professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of practice
Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with experience in children's safeguarding and child protection
  • Experience in court work and ability to drive and have access to a car for work purposes
  • Enhanced DBS and Social Work England Registration
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends
