Fostering and Kinship Social Worker
We are currently recruiting for a Fostering and Kinship Social Worker to join our Independent Fostering Agency. The successful candidate will work with colleagues to provide the full range of fostering services, including recruitment, assessment, training, and supervision/support, duty services, as well as Form C assessments and special guardianship assessments.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience of building strong partnerships, maintaining relationships, and working with a range of professionals, especially foster carers. You will also need to have knowledge of statutory legislation and national policy drivers that will affect children's services and your role.

We offer a competitive salary, 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 33 days after 2 years and 35 days after four years of Continuous Service.
