We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key role in supporting and safeguarding children and families in the Windsor and Maidenhead area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Work closely with other professionals, including education, health, and community services, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
- Develop and implement effective plans to address the needs of children and families, including risk assessments and safety plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, including their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
- Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure that children and families receive the support they need.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience working with children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Children Act 1989 and the Care Act 2014.
