**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work closely with other professionals, including education, health, and community services, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to address the needs of children and families, including risk assessments and safety plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs, including their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure that children and families receive the support they need.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Children Act 1989 and the Care Act 2014.
