About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Fund Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and control for an Administration Team as they complete day-to-day activities in managing and accounting for a portfolio of fund client entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet financial targets in terms of budgeted chargeable hours, recovery rates, and debtors;
  • Hold regular Team Meetings to share pertinent information, discuss key projects, and provide development opportunities across the team;
  • Be responsible for the oversight and review of accounting records maintained in relevant CSC systems to deliver consistency in client financial records and reports;
  • Act as key point of contact for the submission of all accounts' filings, as well as coordinating company liquidations, including preparation of liquidation accounts;
  • Prepare and assist the team with the preparation of annual and six-monthly financial statements for administered entities;
  • Design and compile annual and periodic financial statements from system trial balance stage according to reporting entities' accounting policies and relevant GAAP and regulatory requirements of relevant market authorities or other regulatory bodies that are accurate, comprehensive, and consistent with each entities' activities;
  • Foster good relations between management and staff by demonstrating a strong communication ethos and encouraging staff to communicate effectively themselves and with all members of the team;
  • Must be able to demonstrate sound management experience;
  • ACCA qualified;
