We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team as a 'Head of' their dedicated sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of recruiters, developing effective recruitment strategies, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Headhunting**: Identify and attract top talent through various job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience**: Proven experience working in recruitment across various sectors in a 360 capacity.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Excel.
- **Sales Achievements**: Ability to showcase a proven track record of sales achievements.
- **Career Ambition**: Ambition to grow with the business through to senior levels.
