Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Student Services department as a Behaviour Warden. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team to deliver a high-quality experience to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol the local area, including The Fold, The Green, and surrounding social spaces, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
  • Engage with students and neighbours to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the Head of Pastoral and Welfare to develop and implement strategies to support student well-being.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with young adults in a supervisory role.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
